Every visit starts with an analysis

Every treatment opens with a skin analysis, because the right facial depends on what your skin is doing that week — not on what you booked a month ago. If you're unsure which to choose, book a consultation and we'll work it out.

Good to know.

Which treatment should I book?

If you're not sure, book the Signature Luxury Facial or call us. Every treatment opens with a skin analysis, and we'd rather adjust on the day than have you booked into something that isn't right for your skin.

Facial or peel?

A facial cleanses, hydrates and maintains. A peel works deeper and targets pigmentation, scarring and sun damage over a course of treatments. Most people start with a facial and add a peel once we know how their skin responds.

How often should I come?

Every four to six weeks suits most skin, which is roughly one full cell turnover cycle. Peels have their own schedule — Bio RePeel, for example, works best as three treatments ten days apart.

Anything I should avoid beforehand?

Come with clean skin if you can, and mention any retinol, acids or recent treatments when you book — they affect what we can safely do on the day. Tell us about any medication or skin conditions too.

Looking after it afterwards matters as much as the appointment itself.
